You can expect to work on various prototyping efforts across the company, driving us through a series of internal system prototypes and working closely with a cross-functional team of chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineers to design, prototype, and test the storage systems. The Job:

The CW Television Network is seeking an Assoc. Creative Director (Design), to join our Brand Creative group. The role will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process from key art conceptualization to final product, photo manipulation, retouching/finishing, and logo design.

An ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple projects and the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced network environment.

The Daily:

  • Report directly to the SVP, Brand Creative
  • Create keyart for a variety of Sports & Entertainment properties
  • Build comps using the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adapt and breakdown Key Art into outdoor and/or digital campaigns
  • Brainstorm/concept for photoshoot sketches
  • Provide design direction and support to other departments within our network
  • Design logos and title treatments
  • Review and participate in the finishing process for approved comps
  • Developing and presenting concepts and strategies
  • Utilizing allocated resources as per project requirements
  • Ensuring the consistency of brand identity across all platforms and channels
  • Adhering to the assigned project budget and deadline
  • Conducting and participating in brainstorming sessions
  • Planning and implementing strategies
  • Contacting freelancers for short-term projects
  • Creating marketing concepts and gathering supporting materials
  • Developing project completion timelines
  • Checking the final deliverables for quality and troubleshooting any errors
  • Communicating and discussing the project's progress with the clients

The Essentials:

  • 8+ years' experience working in theatrical and/or television
  • An exceptional portfolio displaying your OWN innovative work
  • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong skills in photo manipulation, retouching, and typography
  • Up to date in recent major entertainment campaigns and Key Art trends
  • Must have good conceptual skills
  • Experience art directing photo shoots
  • Retouching and finishing skills
  • Experience directing Creative Agencies
  • A talent for wearing multiple brand hats and switching easily between properties
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deadline-driven and ability to work in a competitive environment

The Compensation:

  • $150K - $180K/yr commensurate with experience and skill levels.
