We are seeking an experienced Web Press Operator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing Industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about making a significant impact on our company's production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our web press machines to ensure the highest quality print production. This role is integral to our business operations and requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Web Press Operator, you will:

1. Operate and maintain Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web press machines, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in print production.

2. Perform routine press maintenance, including cleaning and troubleshooting, to ensure optimal performance and prevent malfunctions.

3. Monitor print runs to verify conformity with job specifications and make necessary adjustments for color, position, and overall print quality.

4. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet production deadlines.

5. Adhere to safety procedures and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

6. Continually seek ways to improve print quality and production efficiency, staying updated on industry trends and advancements in web press technology.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Web Press Operator in the manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in operating Heidelberg, Goss web press, Digital press, and Commercial web press machines.

2. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.

6. Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

7. A high school diploma or equivalent, with further training or certification in web press operation being a plus.
