What you bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a formal management or a senior leadership role (e.g., Design Lead, Principal Designer) with mentorship responsibilities.

  • Deep personal passion for crypto required.

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing both exceptional, recent hands-on design work and your ability to lead projects and mentor other designers. Your portfolio should reflect a high degree of visual craft and strategic thinking.

  • A "builder" mindset, with a track record of operating with autonomy and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

  • Proven ability to lead teams in simplifying highly complex concepts into delightfully simple and intuitive user experiences.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
