Work with QTS stakeholders, design, and construction teams to help with master development program for site(s), including a complete campus design solution and capital budget. Review project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion Establish and maintain relationships serving as liaison with key QTS stakeholders Create & build relationships that enhance QTS's ability to be a leader in creating the World's Most Valuable Data Center Real Estate This position will require 25% travel. Facility Design Technical Lead Key Role: Lead the mechanical design and development efforts for a cutting-edge aerospace test facility. Assume responsibility for overseeing mechanical subsystem design, managing subcontracted engineering teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality technical delivery in support of overall program objectives. Lead the mechanical design effort across all facility subsystems, including high-pressure air systems, thermal management infrastructure, structural components, and test interface hardware.
