Project Overview & GoalThe selected consultant will design and lead an integrated recruitment and community engagement program—spanning community outreach, digital engagement, and grassroots marketing—to secure enrollment commitments from 90 students (60 Kindergarten & 30 Grade 1) for the 2026–27 school year. 3.
