Purpose The Design Consultant is responsible for setting appointments, meeting with customers in store and to determine design needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, and installation products of various colors textures, patterns, and design. Provides timely feedback on product needs/assortment gaps through partnership with the Design Studio Manager and the SDRM Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment) While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy. As a Design Lead- Civil Design Engineer, you would be responsible for the design and/or management of roadway engineering projects for highway and municipal infrastructure projects, as well as client development and staff management. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate project tasks with other groups/disciplines, including the monitoring of project budgets. Lead roadway design tasks for preliminary and final design projects. Exhibit quality day-to-day work in line with SRF's quality management plan. Develop project documents including reports, studies, construction contract documents, and permit applications. Interact with clients, regulatory agencies, and the public as necessary for project completion. Provide training assistance for engineers and staff. Business development activities including assisting in development of proposals. Industrial Color is looking for a highly creative and skilled Design Manager, Visual Merchandising and Experiential Design, to play a pivotal role in translating brand narratives into compelling physical retail experiences and innovative pop-ups and events activations for our luxury beauty client. This role will primarily support the Visual Merchandising and Experiential Design teams by developing ideas for all merchandising expressions, creating conceptual mockups, detailed renders, and preparing presentations.
