Primary Responsibilities: Manages a key client account within the team or across multiple teams by serving as the main point of contact and working closely with project managers to lead project execution plans. Develops a deep understanding of the client’s business, as well as the industry, to present growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and cross-sell services to the client. Creates communication plans unique to the client to ensure communication needs are satisfied by providing regular updates and reports to the client on the status of their projects. May focus on a specific client targeted for growth opportunities for the team by executing a growth plan for the client and cross-selling services.
