Who We Are:

Figure8 is an experience first company. We create experiums. Places outside of distraction, away from expectation, and beyond inhibition. Spaces to get lost and found. We invite guests to take a moment. To recognize, realize, and reignite relationships with the people and places around them.

Who You Are:

This role bridges the technical and creative aspects of execution: producing accurate drawings, understanding materials and specs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring creative visions are brought to life with precision. You thrive in detail-oriented environments, are curious about fabrication processes, and are eager to grow your technical expertise through hands-on experience.

  • Support in creating technical drawings, shop drawings, and basic AutoCAD files for signage, fabrication elements, and environmental graphics.
  • Interpret conceptual designs and produce accurate build specs in alignment with Figure8 brand standards.
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and drawing archives to ensure workflow efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Assist in material research, specification reviews, and hardware selections for creative installations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and fabricators to ensure assets meet design intent, budget, and timelines.
  • Track and document production status across multiple projects, escalating issues or proposing adjustments when needed.
  • Be present on-site for installations when required, acting as a creative point of contact and ensuring visual quality control.
  • Review and confirm proofs, prototypes, and samples to validate specs, finishes, and structural feasibility.
  • Support signage audits, mockups, and pre-install checklists for new and existing spaces.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align with creative direction, project timelines, and fabrication needs.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $90,000 USD dependent on location and experience.
