Position Overview

Lead all web development and design initiatives for a fast-growing 260-person enterprise startup. This individual contributor role combines technical expertise, creative vision, and marketing alignment to ensure our web presence drives business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development and maintenance of company website, including architecture, security, performance, and user experience
  • Execute website redesign projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on marketing objectives
  • Manage web hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, and other technical infrastructure
  • Implement and maintain web analytics, SEO strategy, and conversion tracking
  • Work closely with marketing team to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
  • Create and maintain high-impact marketing campaign pages and microsites
  • Ensure brand consistency across all web properties
  • Maintain website compliance with accessibility standards and data protection regulations
  • Develop and maintain documentation for web systems and processes

Technical Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6+)
  • Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
  • Proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with CMS platforms and headless CMS architectures
  • Strong understanding of web security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Expertise in responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile optimization
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
