Experience with the modeling, analysis, and design of T&D lines and structures – 345kV and below. Skilled in the design of wood, laminated, and steel structures. Knowledgeable of applicable codes and standards including the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), Rural Utilities Service (RUS) Standards, and other applicable industry standards (IEEE, ANSI, CSA, IEC, ASCE, etc.). Experience with other related software tools such as LPILE, MFAD, ArcGIS, ETAP, Milsoft WindMil, and SKM Power Tools is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple project tasks. Excellent presentation, written communication, time management, and organizational skills are required. Book of Business Development

·        Proactively cultivate new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and local marketing.

·        Leverage client relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and upselling opportunities.

·        Collaborate with leadership to increase visibility and demand for in-home services in your market.

Team & Guest Experience Support

·        Partner with in-store team members to ensure guest needs are addressed and appointments are fulfilled.
