What You Bring:
  • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of flooring products, materials, and trends
  • Customer-first mindset with exceptional communication and follow-through
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized approach to sales
  • Comfort with technology (CRM, quoting, scheduling tools)
  • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
