OVERVIEW The Social + Influencer Director (Men's/Athletes) is a strategic leader who will develop and execute a tailored social and influencer marketing approach for Alo's men's, athlete, and footwear categories. This role combines data-driven strategy with authentic storytelling to elevate Alo's presence within performance athletics and luxury menswear spaces. As a category specialist, this director will translate Alo's premium lifestyle positioning into compelling content and partnerships that resonate with male athletes and performance-focused consumers. Reporting to the Head of Social + Influencer, this role will manage a dedicated team focused on the men's and athlete divisions while working closely with the Social Media Director (Women's, Wellness, Luxury) and Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Apparel & Footwear to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all audience segments. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and lead the short & long-term social and influencer strategy specifically for Alo's men's, athlete, and footwear categories, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Create and execute platform-specific content strategies that authentically connect Alo's performance and lifestyle messaging with male athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Build and nurture relationships with professional athletes, sports teams, fitness leaders, and male influencers who embody Alo's premium positioning in the performance space. Oversee athlete ambassador and influencer programs, identifying and vetting potential partners who align with Alo's performance credentials and aspirational lifestyle positioning. Lead a team responsible for content creation, community management, and campaign execution across social channels focused on men's apparel, footwear, and athletic performance. Collaborate with the Social Art Director to develop visually compelling, thumb-stopping creative that balances performance attributes with premium lifestyle positioning. Own key performance metrics for men's and athlete-focused social content, creating advanced reporting frameworks to measure engagement, conversion, and revenue impact. Identify emerging trends in men's fitness, sports culture, and athletic apparel to keep Alo at the forefront of performance innovation. Work cross-functionally with product, retail, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints for the men's and athlete categories. Partner with the Social Media Director (Women's, Wellness, Luxury) to create integrated campaigns that leverage synergies while respecting the unique positioning needs of each audience segment. Develop platform-specific strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to maximize engagement with male athletic audiences. Build authentic connections with sports and fitness communities, fostering genuine two-way conversations between Alo and its performance-focused audience. Identify opportunities to expand Alo's cultural relevance within men's sports, athletics, and performance categories. The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Job Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Healthy Steps Specialist, is an early child development expert primarily responsible for providing interventions, referrals, and follow-up for families with patients ages 0-3. The LCSW Specialist builds strong relationships with families and providers to increase the efficiency of the medical system and support team-based, comprehensive care. The LCSW Specialist applies psychological/counseling principles in the following areas: assessment, clinical interventions, case management, consultation, and program development. The LCSW Specialist is involved in integrating behavioral health services into a primary care setting. Clinical responsibilities will include diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, and discharge planning. In addition, the LCSW Specialist provides a variety of interventions such as individual, group, child, and family behavioral health services with a focus on short-term problem-solving therapy, short-term cognitive behavioral therapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, crisis intervention, coping skills, behavior modification, case consultations, and other evidence-based practice techniques. Lastly, the Specialist is a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes medical providers, nursing staff, medical support staff, case managers, administrators, managers, and directors. Minimum Requirements Professional Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the California Behavioral Science Board. Master's degree required. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, and a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Experience working with children 0-3 years old and their families is preferred. A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines. Bilingual English/Spanish or English and other predominant language of the population served preferred. OVERVIEW

The Social + Influencer Director (Men's/Athletes) is a strategic leader who will develop and execute a tailored social and influencer marketing approach for Alo's men's, athlete, and footwear categories. This role combines data-driven strategy with authentic storytelling to elevate Alo's presence within performance athletics and luxury menswear spaces. As a category specialist, this director will translate Alo's premium lifestyle positioning into compelling content and partnerships that resonate with male athletes and performance-focused consumers.

Reporting to the Head of Social + Influencer, this role will manage a dedicated team focused on the men's and athlete divisions while working closely with the Social Media Director (Women's, Wellness, Luxury) and Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Apparel & Footwear to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all audience segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead the short & long-term social and influencer strategy specifically for Alo's men's, athlete, and footwear categories, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  • Create and execute platform-specific content strategies that authentically connect Alo's performance and lifestyle messaging with male athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with professional athletes, sports teams, fitness leaders, and male influencers who embody Alo's premium positioning in the performance space.
  • Oversee athlete ambassador and influencer programs, identifying and vetting potential partners who align with Alo's performance credentials and aspirational lifestyle positioning.
  • Lead a team responsible for content creation, community management, and campaign execution across social channels focused on men's apparel, footwear, and athletic performance.
  • Collaborate with the Social Art Director to develop visually compelling, thumb-stopping creative that balances performance attributes with premium lifestyle positioning.
  • Own key performance metrics for men's and athlete-focused social content, creating advanced reporting frameworks to measure engagement, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Identify emerging trends in men's fitness, sports culture, and athletic apparel to keep Alo at the forefront of performance innovation.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, retail, digital, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints for the men's and athlete categories.
  • Partner with the Social Media Director (Women's, Wellness, Luxury) to create integrated campaigns that leverage synergies while respecting the unique positioning needs of each audience segment.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
