Premier Service of Carolina, Inc (PSC) ensures that the Licensed Therapist must meet one of the following licensed discipline categories: LPC, LCMHC, or LCSW Main Responsibilities: Provides psychotherapy services for residents to include individual, family, and group therapy. Complete Bio-psychosocial evaluations, risk, and psychological assessments as appropriate. Maintain all documentation according to facility guidelines including progress notes, case management, and individualized service plans. Attends all treatment teams for assigned clients. Completes psychosocial assessment within 7 days of admission. Completes individualized service plans within 24 hours of a treatment team meeting.
