Job Description
Digital Media Manager
Miami, FL | On-Site
ARC Group is recruiting a Digital Media Manager in Miami, FL. This role is on-site for a Fortune 500 company and offers the opportunity to lead the execution, optimization, and coordination of complex, multi-channel paid media campaigns.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative digital media professional who can manage mid- and lower-funnel paid media initiatives while partnering with internal teams, external agencies, and technology partners. This role sits at the intersection of audience strategy, campaign execution, tracking implementation, and performance optimization to ensure campaigns launch successfully and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Management: Manage end-to-end paid media operations across paid search, display, mid- and lower-funnel campaigns, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), and partner/co-brand initiatives, including campaign setup, in-flight management, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Campaign Coordination: Provide monthly promotional calendars, website data, GTM toolkits, and lead pricing information to media agencies while reviewing and approving ad copy, search assets, and campaign materials.
- DCO Campaign Ownership: Oversee dynamic creative optimization initiatives from feed setup (pricing, images, and content matrices) through API coordination, quality assurance, creative validation, and ongoing optimization. Support the transition to a new DCO platform by helping define updated strategies, messaging, and creative assets.
- Partner & Co-Brand Campaigns: Manage execution of co-brand credit card media and Affirm campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels. Coordinate assets, monthly billing, vanity URL tracking, performance monitoring, compliance requirements, and cross-functional timelines.
- Audience Strategy & Segmentation: Manage audience requests, maintain the CDP Audience Library including segment IDs and definitions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure audience segments are activated successfully.
- Tracking & Tag Implementation: Own pixel and tag implementation processes, including submitting Tealium tickets, coordinating pre- and post-launch QA with media agencies, participating in weekly status meetings, and partnering with BI teams to ensure accurate tracking.
- Campaign Quality Assurance: Validate audience segments, suppression lists, targeting parameters, creative assets, campaign links, and tracking requirements to ensure accuracy prior to launch.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, tag management platforms (such as Tealium), and end-to-end campaign execution.
- Strong understanding of mid- and lower-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, and display channels.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong quality assurance and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
- Experience collaborating with media agencies and third-party partners.
- Experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) campaigns preferred.
- Cruise industry experience preferred.
What Success Looks Like
- Paid media campaigns launch on schedule with accurate tracking, creative assets, and audience targeting.
- Major campaign initiatives, including Cyber campaigns and 2027 Wave (Q1) launches, are successfully executed and deliver against business objectives.
- Pixel and tracking implementation is completed accurately with minimal to no QA issues.
- Optimization opportunities are identified, communicated, and implemented in a timely manner.
- Internal teams and external partners receive reliable, accurate, and timely campaign support.
- DCO workbooks, audience libraries, and reporting inputs remain accurate, organized, and current.
