Overnight Bell Attendant Part Time About the role: This is an overnight position. The Overnight Bell Attendant is a central part of the Guest Services Team. Greets all incoming visitors with a smile and friendly attitude. Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels. Candidate must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and lift/carry heavy items. This position is responsible for early morning newspaper delivery and shoeshine requests. The Overnight Bell Attendant will also assist with Room Service Orders and gas up/clean the company vehicles. What you will do: Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation. Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Valet guest vehicles in the garage and retrieve when requested. Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards. Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance. Assist overnight MOD with guests requests. Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Performs duties related to guests and residents' seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes and related gear. Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property. What you bring: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel setting preferred. Must be able to work overnight shifts. Possession of a current US driver's license and proof of clean driving record. Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles including manual transmissions required. Requires the ability to multi-task on several items at once. Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight hours per shift. The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs as well as the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100lbs required. This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity. Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish a plus. Overnight Bell Attendant Part Time

About the role:

This is an overnight position. The Overnight Bell Attendant is a central part of the Guest Services Team. Greets all incoming visitors with a smile and friendly attitude. Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms, transports guest and hotel packages and parcels. Candidate must be able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles and lift/carry heavy items. This position is responsible for early morning newspaper delivery and shoeshine requests. The Overnight Bell Attendant will also assist with Room Service Orders and gas up/clean the company vehicles.

What you will do:

  • Must be able to work overnight and follow proper protocol in the overnight hours of hotel operation.

  • Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive.

  • Valet guest vehicles in the garage and retrieve when requested.

  • Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards.

  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.

  • Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.

  • Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant. Greet all guests with a smile and offer them assistance.

  • Assist overnight MOD with guests requests.

  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Performs duties related to guests and residents' seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes and related gear.

  • Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off the hotel property.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, in a luxury hotel setting preferred.

  • Must be able to work overnight shifts.

  • Possession of a current US driver's license and proof of clean driving record. Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles including manual transmissions required.

  • Requires the ability to multi-task on several items at once.

  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight hours per shift.

  • The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs as well as the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 100lbs required.

  • This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.

  • Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.  Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
