Other duties as assigned. What You Will Need: High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience. Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required. Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years handling personal injury matters in a law firm or insurance environment. Equivalent combinations of paralegal and bodily injury claims experience are welcome.
  • At least 2+ years managing pre-litigation negotiations, including drafting demand packages, evaluating damages, and settling bodily injury claims.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiation with carriers.
