The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Coat Check Attendant to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Coat Check Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coat room. Pay

$15.65 - $17.55 / hour

What will you do?

  • Welcome guests, take coats, put a ticket on a hanger, and give a corresponding ticket to the guest
  • Return coats to guests upon receipt of the ticket and verify with a ticket on the hanger
  • Provide excellent guest service, including handling guest relations and minor guest disputes

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
