As a Mobile Wound Care Physical Therapist (PT), you’ll work alongside an interdisciplinary team, enhance your clinical skills, and advance your career in holistic, mobile wound care.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer Wound Mist Therapy.
  • Deliver compression therapies. 
  • Make home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment or modifications.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on skin care, infection prevention, and self-management.
  • Collaborate with therapists, providers, and case managers to optimize patient care.
  • Document all care accurately in the EHR system. 
  • Travel locally to patient homes or care settings as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
  • Active, unencumbered PT license in the state of practice.
  • NEW GRADS WELCOME!
  • Certification in wound care is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills:

  • Expert in wound management, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication.
  • Independent, organized, tech-savvy, and culturally competent.
