This position requires an experienced professional with a background in software quality assurance and system validation. Personable & Professional : You are easy-going, enjoy interacting with clients, and can keep a calm demeanor under pressure. Your ability to work well with a variety of personalities is key to success in this role. Tech-Savvy : You are proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with CRM software .
