Job Details

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• · Manage HVAC & plumbing construction projects from start to finish
• · Build and maintain project schedules
• · Coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
• · Review plans, specs, and contracts for accuracy
• · Track job progress, budgets, and labor performance
• · Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety
• · Work with estimating and operations to maintain job margins
• · Act as the main point of contact between field teams and builders

• · Projects completed on time and on budget
• · Clear, proactive communication
• · Well-coordinated jobs
• · Strong alignment between field, office, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

• · Experience in construction project management (HVAC/plumbing preferred)
• · Strong scheduling and coordination skills
• · Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• · Solid understanding of budgets, job costing, and project flow
• · Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• · Strong communication with both field teams and clients
• · Experience with construction software (ServiceTitan is a plus)
