This suite will be used to accurately predict the behavior of May’s AVs in a variety of Operational Design Domains (ODDs). Critical Functions Overseen: Curation and evolution of a large suite of simulated tests Categorization of tests such that results can be rapidly interpreted Continuous improvement of tests in the virtual test suite Measure and maximize the coverage of the test suite(s) and other related artifacts to minimize test escapes and surprises. What you'll do:

The Artisan provides repair and engraving services to a variety of Shinola products. Artisans are responsible for the handling and shipping of serviced watches and jewelry, customer care, and data capture through Salesforce. The Artisan maintains active communication with the stores they service and acts as an intermediary for corporate partners to ensure repair and engraving best practices enhance the retail guest experience. 

  • Completes watch repairs for assigned market in an efficient and timely manner.  Responsible for producing high quality service in an efficient and timely manner. This involves shipping and handling, customer care, and data capture.
  • Resolves customer service issues regarding engravings or watch repairs within their assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, retail management, and carrier services.
  • Completes customer engraving orders for their assigned market and ad-hoc as needed, in a quality, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Is responsible for operational task completion; ordering supplies and submitting weekly reporting and email communication.
  • Supports the guest experience during peak store traffic times by being a watch and jewelry subject matter expert to support group selling with the sales team.
  • Regularly and consistently abides by Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within
  • Other duties as assigned.
