POSITION OVERVIEW The Technical Business Analyst I will assist with the design, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance of appropriate software systems for business processes and procedures to enable best in class performance. Contribute to the development of action plans for system-based approaches to reduce process complexity. Support business process changes cross-functionally throughout the organization using standard system functionality when possible. Align development, application requirements, and business process changes with process owners, super users, IT developers, and other identified stakeholders as standard practice. Create test plans to ensure requirements are tested and the results are reviewed for acceptance. Support the management of project risk and budget. Support IT Systems audits. For example, if the work requires setting up interconnected Oracle databases in a UNIX environment, the Systems Analyst must have substantial experience in doing the work of setting up Oracle databases in a UNIX environment, including designing, implementing, troubleshooting, populating, maintaining, documenting, and training users on such systems. Other systems environments and specific project requirements will call for other specific sets of technical skills. Must demonstrate ability to analyze system requirements and translate those requirements into a coherent system design. Supervisory or team leader experience very useful. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in automated litigation support very helpful. Assist CFPB with extracting data from media received by the Bureau, manipulating the data to conform to CFPB standard requirements, loading the data to the appropriate database platform, perform intake of data from outside parties, and review data and route for processing. The Systems Analysts should have experience with Relativity, ReadySuite (Compiled/KLDiscovery) and I-Pro eCapture. Ideally, you will also have: An undergraduate degree strongly preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines. It is preferred that onsite personnel have a Relativity Certified Administrator certification. POSITION OVERVIEW

The Technical Business Analyst I will assist with the design, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance of appropriate software systems for business processes and procedures to enable best in class performance. These systems include, but are not limited to, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, Concur, Maximo, OBIEE and Power BI applications, MES, and CT+.

This position requires onsite work in Zeeland, MI. It is not open to hybrid or remote work at this time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop an understanding of business processes, policies, and procedures within Gentex's applications.
  • Contribute to the development of action plans for system-based approaches to reduce process complexity.
  • Support business process changes cross-functionally throughout the organization using standard system functionality when possible.
  • Align development, application requirements, and business process changes with process owners, super users, IT developers, and other identified stakeholders as standard practice.
  • Create test plans to ensure requirements are tested and the results are reviewed for acceptance.
  • Support the management of project risk and budget.
  • Support IT Systems audits.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience and success in the business functional areas assigned.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to support activities and incidents outside of normal business hours.

WHAT WILL HELP

  • Experience writing and reading SQL or other data programming languages as dictated by the functional area assigned.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Applications, Power BI, PowerApps, Oracle OBIEE, or equivalent Data Analytics Tools
