Essential Functions

  • As part of the health care team, provide personal care assistance that will maintain the independence of the participant to conduct activities of daily living, including toileting, showers, eating, and grooming

  • Experience in a long-term care facility or with a community-based geriatric program preferred
  • Required: Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and ability to provide a reliable means of transportation required for home care duties.
