What will you be doing?

  • Maintain and balance sales tax accounts for assigned states/companies
  • File sales tax returns for assigned states/companies
  • Resolve tax notices with various jurisdictions
  • Prepare business license renewals
  • Complete various daily tax approvals - Directs, Stocks, Driveaways, Drafts
  • Other daily tasks as assigned - state change letters, correcting invalid location codes
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Used vehicle sale compliance
  • Address internal/external sales tax questions
  • Basic to intermediate research and problem solving
  • Serve as a backup for other team members on various duties as assigned
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • 0-5 years of experience in finance/transaction tax
