Job description: Overview We are seeking an experienced HVAC and Plumbing Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems within our facilities. Strong mechanical knowledge including schematics reading, HVAC design principles, boiler operation, and equipment repair. Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems is preferred. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices. Ability to perform welding and basic appliance repair as needed.
