Summary This is an industrial maintenance position, so no grounds. The technician will be repairing/fixing/troubleshooting/re-building any equipment in the building as well as possibly repairing some parts of the building. However, typically, if there is a small project, such as replacing a door or fixing a wall, outside contractors are hired to complete that work.
