Job Description: We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Monitor Tech for a 13-week contract position in Phoenix, AZ. This role plays a vital part in patient safety by remotely monitoring patients using video surveillance technology, ensuring quick responses to potential fall risks and changes in patient behavior during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple patients remotely through video technology to identify and alert clinical staff to any unusual or unsafe behavior.

• Accurately document observations and report relevant information in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with on-site clinical teams to ensure patient safety protocols are followed.

• Use critical thinking skills to determine appropriate actions and escalate concerns when necessary.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and hospital privacy standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Monitor Tech, Virtual Observer, or similar healthcare role.

• High school diploma or equivalent (CNA or other clinical certification preferred).

• Familiarity with virtual monitoring systems and basic computer skills.

• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently on night shifts in a quiet, focused environment.
