Job Description

Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Tech PM on Identity & Access Management (IAM) planning and implementation engagements supporting key clients.  The ideal candidate must have extensive experience (7+ years) implementing, configuring, and deploying global Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs and related projects for clients, including training for clients in an agile, continuous delivery manner including but not limited to experience with the following: 

  • IAM business processes, defining requirements, and implementing and recommending control based business processes
  • End-to-end access (re)certification experience with a strong understanding of completeness and accuracy validation procedures 
  • Working with 3rd parties providing management oversight of IAM processes and controls 
  • Advance understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, security and IT controls and related standards 
  • Interpreting architecture, designs, and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses, geographies, and user types (both internal employees and external customers, partners, etc.). 
  • Experience engineering and designing  IAM platforms, solutions, and services 
  • Integrating applications and business services with IAM solutions 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple IAM platforms 
  • Knowledge of Web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML 
  • Databases (MSSQL, MySQL)
  • Extensive experience working with leading IAM protocols and directory structures (LDAP, AD) and Federation protocols (SAML/OIDC)
  • Working with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions
     
Additional Preferable Qualifications:
  • Experience with Microsoft-based IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD; Entra ID)
  • Familiarity with various NIST security frameworks
  • Scripting skills (JavaScript/Python)
  • Significant program / project management expertise
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience with interacting comfortably with client executives
  • Global SI / Big 4 consulting experience (e.g., Accenture; Deloitte; IBM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
  • Passion for managing teams and driving results
  • Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
