Comprehensive knowledge of gas engines and compressors, production equipment, electrical systems, panel boards, skid wiring, etc. Show track record of performing preventative maintenance (PM) and resolving and repairing most call-out services, all without assistance from a technical expert. Familiarity with latest industry technologies. Working knowledge of relevant HSE procedures and regulations. Read, write and speak English (email, work orders, manuals, etc.). Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Gas or diesel engine and compressor school / training preferred. 5 years’ experience with natural gas engines and compressors and a working knowledge of production equipment. 7-9 years’ Experience working on Caterpillar and Waukesha Series IV Engines. Ability to provide own hand tools up to 1 1/4". Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, outdoor environment. Work Environment: Drive and work in inclement weather conditions for extended periods. Must be fit for duty for the job tasks being performed. Must meet the medical requirements necessary to wear PPE required by role (includes respiratory protection medical requirements as required by role). Properly documents missing items from the set and labels sets correctly. Takes action to correct problems with instrument sets and reports any unresolved issues. Sterilizes instruments, equipment, linen and supplies using various types of autoclaves and aerators. Loads autoclaves in prescribed manner and sets controls to correct specifications for the items being sterilized. Completes appropriate documentation prior to sterilization and post-sterilization. Properly documents all activities related to instrument set assembly and sterilization in the Instrument Tracking System, (SPM) or established manual systems. Observe and interpret biological, mechanical and chemical monitors relevant to processing/sterilizing. Record results and maintains required records. Initiates recalls as required. Issues items to customers and departments according to established procedures. Assist with cleaning and maintenance of department equipment. Reports equipment requiring repair as needed. Observes and reports to supervisor, any unfamiliar items with or without appropriate processing literature. Is self directed and intervenes with corrections to variances in the processing practice. Minimum Requirements Job-related coursework beyond high school: Successful completion of Central Sterile Processing Education Program with certificate or proof of completion. OR, g raduation from an accredited Surgical Tech training program. Position Summary: Under the direction of the Field Manager, the Environmental Technician will play an integral part in RJN’s success. They will assist with field inspection services in sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and other underground infrastructure. Position Responsibilities: • Conduction of field inspection services such as manhole inspection, smoke testing, and dye water flooding. • Perform confined space entry work in manholes on a daily basis • Assist with installation and maintenance of flow meters • Assist with maintaining and cleaning equipment and vehicles to ensure work can be performed in a safe and productive manner. • Interact with clients and general public in a professional manner. • Adhere to all policies and procedures contained in the RJN Group, Inc.
