We are seeking skilled and compassionate PT Tech to join our team. A PT Tech will be responsible for treating patients with a variety of diagnoses. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their developmental skills and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
  • Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions
  • Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment
  • Collaborate with SOAL's Multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

  • minimum of 6 months of Patient Care assistance or Completion of PCYT or CAN program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology a plus
