The Server Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality customer service during all events to achieve customer satisfaction and supporting VIP Servers in various stands throughout the facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to the VIP area. Ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by the Food & Beverage Manager. Works in conjunction with Suite Staff, Kitchen Personal and Stewarding department. Ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed. Ensure Customer Service, complies with standards of service. Establish and maintain positive client relationships. Assist in any side work including but not limited to: cleaning and filling salt and pepper containers, sugar dishes, and creamers; collecting banquet equipment such as flatware, china, glassware, and serving pieces; and preparing garnishes, beverages, condiments, and bread. a restaurant staff member primarily responsible for supporting the primary servers by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, running food from the kitchen to tables, and generally maintaining a clean dining area, all while contributing to a positive customer experience Other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High School education is desired. Must be TABC and Texas Food Handlers certified Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility. Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks. This role is responsible for preparing molds and applying fiberglass materials through infusion and RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) processes to create high-quality boat parts. Work with a variety of resins, fiberglass materials, and structural adhesives. Apply bonding and structural stiffening materials according to blueprints and work instructions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following housekeeping and safety procedures. Under the direction of a Radiologist and Supervisor, performs CT and X-ray procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for CT and X-ray diagnosis. Use of contrast agents and knowledge of proper technique for certain invasive procedures. Assumes responsibility for designated areas of procedures required. The scope of care includes age groups ranging from newborn to elderly.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Operate CT and X-ray equipment according to equipment specifications (i.e., operator’s console, work station, injector, reformatting, teleradiology).  Adheres to infection control and safety practices. Follows good radiation safety practices; i.e. coning, shielding, film badge monitoring, according to state and federal guidelines. Produce quality images consistently within established protocols. Maintains processors, diagnosis processing problems and takes appropriate action. Maintains patient records according to department procedure. Knowledge of appropriate use of contrast media (venipuncture, injector, consent forms, type, quantity, complications). Properly assess patient according to exam ordered with appropriate documentation (i.e. check order, review previous films, check lab values when indicated, prep, screen for possible pregnancy, appropriate history, coordinate with Imaging nurse as appropriate). Provide patient education pertinent to exam being performed and document in patient record. Compliance in accurately and completely utilizing RIS according to department standards (i.e., order, arrive, start, complete, cancel, record complications, IV infiltrate documentation, drug history, repeats, complaints and transfers), CPAC procedures when indicated. Meets productivity standards defined by the department. Maintains a clean and organized work space.
