Oversees the performance and compliance with engineering changes and modifications as required. 6. Sets up and operates necessary test equipment. Detailed Description The Tech III position at Netsync is an essential leadership role focused primarily on the installation of network hardware infrastructure across educational and professional environments. This is a hands-on installation-focused role that supports day-to-day oversight of field technicians and ensures the successful execution of all project deliverables. Candidates must possess strong field experience, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of structured cabling and network equipment installations. The selected candidate will serve as the on-site technical lead, overseeing and facilitating all aspects of network installation. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards across all deployments, while also acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related matters. The role includes mentorship from Supervisor III and Area Supervisors and is designed for seasoned professionals ready to advance into higher-level leadership positions. Key Responsibilities Lead ENG-TECH I/II technicians in the field, ensuring consistent compliance with Netsync quality standards , safety procedures, and best installation practices. The Lube Tech will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, oil changes, and inspections on a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes and lube services on different types of vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear and potential mechanical issues. Replace filters, fluids, and other essential vehicle components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. Assist customers with service recommendations and explain services performed. Handle tool and parts inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
