Key Responsibilities Lead ENG-TECH I/II technicians in the field, ensuring consistent compliance with Netsync quality standards , safety procedures, and best installation practices. Serve as an on-site lead for high-visibility and complex network installation projects, including structured cabling, switch/AP/phone/UPS deployments. Act as the main point of contact (POC) for a multi-year project supporting a major hospital district in Louisiana . Conduct network assessments and produce thorough documentation of client MDF/IDF environments. Support associate project coordinators in driving project schedules, materials, and deliverables to completion. Netsync will be replacing network switches across all associated hospital clinics and buildings. Troubleshooting: Able to tone out cables, troubleshoot ports, and restore appropriate devices online. Fiber Uplinks: Experience in troubleshooting fiber uplinks and testing/validating connectivity for newly installed devices. Tools for Efficiency Installation Role: As this is an installation job, tools are required for conducting work on customer sites. Job Summary:

The Certified Caregiver / Med Tech plays a crucial role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents in an assisted living setting. This position is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), administering medications in accordance with state regulations, and ensuring a safe and supportive living environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and committed to enhancing the well-being of seniors. This position is cross-trained between Assisted Living and Memory Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Resident Care:

  • Assist residents with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a comfortable and engaging environment.

Medication Management:

  • Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and state regulations.
  • Document medication administration in residents’ charts and electronic health records (EHR).
  • Maintain compliance with Arizona state laws regarding medication administration and storage.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow infection control protocols, including proper hand hygiene and PPE usage.
  • Ensure resident safety by assisting with fall prevention strategies and responding to emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care services provided.

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, and family members regarding residents' needs and concerns.
  • Support other caregivers and staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in senior care.


Qualifications:

Education & Certification:

  • Certified Caregiver Certificate (Required – Arizona Department of Health Services approved).
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one).
  • Two Current Negative TB test or one current negative TB blood panel.
  • Food Handlers Card

Experience:

  • Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of senior care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
