Reporting to the District Manager, the candidate will be responsible for completing the duties required to maintain the physical integrity of each assigned restaurant through the implementation of preventative maintenance and responding to the maintenance needs of each restaurant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion. Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives. Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations. Qualifications: The candidate must have the ability to work independently. This individual must have the ability to communicate with management and coworkers, and the ability to comprehend and appropriately react to others. The candidate must have the ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments and maintain productivity, composure and a pleasant attitude under pressure. Education and Experience: General electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge is necessary. General mechanical knowledge required. Food Service Equipment Repair experience is a plus. Certification in HVAC repair is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License required. Independent Reliable Transportation required Basic computer skills required. Identifying each patient's age-specific needs and providing appropriate care as assigned Providing direct patient care including monitoring their conditions, taking vital signs, observing, recording, and reporting behaviors under the supervision of nursing. Leading patients in therapeutic and recreational activities. Assist with teaching life skills. Complete patient documentation. Help to provide a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Utilizing excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, family, and report any concerning events to members of the organization. Will be required to float to all units, including geri-psych, adult, and adolescent. Identifying each patient's age-specific needs and providing appropriate care as assigned Responsible for patient transports to and from hospital departments (including the medical center) and for delivery of supplies to departments as necessary QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION A high school graduate or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year in behavioral health preferred. Previous work experience in health care preferred. Psychiatric work experience preferred. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: Valid PA driver's license with no previous violation BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire
