Introduction: 

10Beauty is seeking a Brand Ambassador, who possesses either a cosmetology or nail tech license for our official launch at Ulta Beauty in Edgewater, NJ. This person will be the face of our brand, stationed directly at our in-store machines to educate, assist, and inspire customers as they experience their first fully robotic manicure. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of beauty tech, while connecting with consumers, and driving excitement for 10Beauty and the future of beauty!

What You'll Do:

  • Become a product expert on the 10Beauty machine, our innovative nail pods, and the accompanying app
  • Manicure touch ups and fixes may be required 
  • Proactively approach and engage customers, sharing the story of 10Beauty and the benefits of our products
  • Provide compelling, hands-on demonstrations of the 10Beauty machine, showcasing its ease of use and unique features
  • Answer customer questions, provide basic troubleshooting for the machine or app, and offer "nail touch-ups" or quick demonstrations to highlight the quality and convenience
  • Encourage customers to try the machine!
  • Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and positive image that aligns with the 10Beauty brand values
  • Listen to customer feedback and share insights with the 10Beauty team to help us continuously improve
  • Ensure the machine and surrounding area are clean, organized, and inviting

What you have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in cosmetology or most preferably nail related work
  • Experience working with nails. Will consider a licensed nail tech, a licensed cosmetologist or a nail tech in training
  • Punctual, dependable, and always ready to represent 10Beauty positively
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

*This role will include a sign-on bonus for anyone who is hired. It will also include a paid training period*
