Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) – CVOR for a direct-hire opportunity in Newark, DE.SALARY RANGE:$83,000.00 to $130,000.00Up to $50,000.00 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 24 months) for CVOR/Open Heart experienced candidatesSCHEDULE:• Primarily Day Shift (Monday–Friday)• Mid shift flexibility required• Open Heart call requiredMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:• Current RN licensure required• BSN preferred (commitment to obtain within 3 years may be considered with relevant experience)• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required• Cardiac Open Heart experience is requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:• Strong experience in Operating Room and Open Heart procedures• Ability to function independently within established protocols• Strong clinical judgment, tact, and professionalism• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality• Ability to work effectively within a high-acuity surgical teamSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:• Current RN licensure required• Open Heart / CVOR experience required• BLS certification required• Must be willing to take call as needed
