Essential Duties and Responsibilities The pharmacist will work in coordination with the medical providers and other appropriate staff to meet the patients' medication related needs. The pharmacist will be available for clinical consultations to providers, medical staff in-services and community lectures for patient medication education. The pharmacist's duties will include receiving, filling, recording, and all dispensing of prescriptions written by Sea Mar Providers as well as those received from outside sources. Duties in this area will also include establishing and maintaining patient medication profiles on each patient including allergy information and medication history. These profiles will be screened for drug and/or allergy interactions. The pharmacist will also provide needed information on medication and possible side effects. The pharmacist along with the pharmacy director will have the general responsibility for ordering and maintaining all pharmacy inventory, third party billing and daily management reports. The pharmacist will perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy director. Clinical: The staff pharmacists duties will include all duties in regards to patient care, including: Demonstration of knowledge and skill necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span. Sales Representative A full-time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you. We have a very rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps in the best possible situation to be successful. Your only focus has to be on selling. We do everything else from processing the order to dealing with changes after the product is sold. We only ask you to learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers that truly need what we offer.
