The Role As an Information Security Engineer, you are responsible for the security of Palantir’s people and infrastructure around the globe. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Pantry Chef plays a vital support role in the shipboard galley, focusing on cold food preparation, sanitation, and overall kitchen organization. This hands-on position is responsible for preparing salads, garnishes, dressings, desserts, and other cold items for both guest and crew meals, following recipes and direction from the Head Chef. In addition to prep work, the Pantry Chef supports galley sanitation and inventory duties — helping to maintain cleanliness, rotate stock, assist with dishwashing when needed, and ensure all food storage areas are compliant with safety and public health standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking in a high-energy environment and takes pride in both the creative and operational sides of kitchen work. Pantry Chefs work approximately 12 hours per day on a rotational schedule of 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off, and must be comfortable working in close quarters with a tight-knit team at sea. RESPONSIBILITIES: Food Preparation: Prepares salads, garnishes, appetizers, dressings, cookies, desserts, etc. as directed by the Head Chef. Assists the Head Chef and/or the Assistant Chef in preparing food items as directed. Assists the Head Chef with supervising/training the galley steward Galley Cleaning: Assists with cleaning all counter tops and working surfaces in the galley, and clean the galley sinks and dishwasher. Maintains and organizes the storeroom, galley cupboards, refrigerators, and freezers. Assist/supports the Steward in loading, running and removing items from the dishwashing machine and placing items in appropriate storage locations. Storage/Inventory: Assists in the proper storage, wrapping, handling and display of food items. Rotates present stock, disposes of spoiled items, and replaces with provisions and other supplies as received. Job Summary The Coordinator of Engagement Marketing will support engagement marketing efforts across MHz Choice, Kino Film Collection, and other Kino Lorber products by helping to develop, execute, and optimize SEO-driven strategies and content initiatives. Will be working to grow awareness, drive organic traffic, and deepen audience engagement across digital channels. This role will report to the Director, Engagement Marketing.The ideal candidate has a strong interest in content strategy, search optimization, and digital storytelling. Duties & Responsibilities : Engagement Marketing Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy for blogs, landing pages, and other owned channels. Help manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign and brand priorities. Manage YouTube assets, including uploading, optimizing metadata, maintaining playlists, and ensuring brand consistency. Research trends, topics, and audience interests to inform new content opportunities. Support cross-promotion initiatives across MHz Choice, Kino Film Collection, and Kino Lorber's broader portfolio. Assist with email marketing efforts, including editorial newsletters and automated campaigns, as needed. SEO (or similar technology) & Website Content Support optimization of on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, and internal linking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web content. Conduct keyword research and provide recommendations for content development. Social Media Support Assist with organic social posting and scheduling as needed. Monitor engagement, comments, and audience interactions. Track performance metrics to inform future strategies. Background & Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1–2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing (internships included). Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress. Understanding of social media platforms and their role in audience engagement. Ability to analyze data and translate into actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn. This position is hybrid and can be based in either the NY metro area or in the DC metro area (office in VA is in Fairfax/Mosaic area) Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequently communicates with co-workers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Occasional travel for company events and meetings. The Role

As an Information Security Engineer, you are responsible for the security of Palantir’s people and infrastructure around the globe. Your technical expertise is second only to your integrity and real passion for security and technology in general. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for protecting Palantir. Your team is responsible for the 24/7 prevention, detection, and investigation of security events and active attacks across our entire infrastructure. Your work will directly impact the success of Palantir's mission as you seek to make it challenging for our adversaries and protect our global network.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build, run, and own infrastructure and automation to detect, contain, and eradicate security threats.
  • Develop alerting and detection strategies to identify malicious or anomalous behavior.
  • Develop new and novel defensive techniques to identify or counteract changes in adversary techniques and tactics.
  • Dissect network, host, memory, and other artifacts originating from multiple operating systems and applications.
  • Investigate enterprise-wide operations to uncover sophisticated and undetected threats.
  • Partner closely with other members of the Information Security team to lead changes in the company's network defense posture.

What We Value

  • Broad exposure to multiple security subject areas, including a strong background in forensics or threat intelligence.
  • Deep exposure in Incident Response or Detection Engineering.
  • Desire to further the information security community through substantive contributions (e.g. conference talks, blog posts, public tool development, etc.).
  • Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and common protocols.

What We Require

  • Extensive security experience (3+ years) in at least one major platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, Windows, OS X, Linux, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Python (preferred), PowerShell, or similar.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $135,000 - $200,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
