Role Summary: The Health Systems Regional Scientific Director (HSRSD) is a therapeutic and disease expert who develops on-going professional relationships with healthcare decision makers within defined regional payer organizations (e.g., health plans, PBMs, integrated delivery systems (IDN), large GI practices, specialty pharmacy and other key health systems in the assigned region. The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,500 to $151,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
