Duties and Responsibilities Oversee communication and information dissemination to vessel crew related to benefits available to Develop and execute fleet-wide communication initiatives on important company initiatives Develop and then assist with implementation of improved performance management processes across all jobs on the vessel Enhance efforts to provide timely and useful information to the crew on all benefit matters Conduct regular audits of all areas of responsibility Establish and execute KPI for crew readiness: coordination, documentation, information and process flows Create crew engagement initiatives that can be rolled out on fleet and vessel level for all crew Manage HR aspects of crew-up, rotations, vessel staffing, crew compensation, and vessel returns Manage workplace investigations as needed and assist in claims/injury investigations Manage retention and turnover on assigned vessels Partner with the Claims Department in managing and mitigating claims Job Interdependencies In order to be successful, the employee in this job will need to depend on, work closely with and partner with a number of others in the office and the vessels.
