Perform the cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of surgical instrumentation and equipment. Application of fluorides and other medicaments as necessary. c. Restoration of cavities prepared by the dentist. d. Take all types of prescribed radiographs. e. Provide oral hygiene, homecare, and post-operative instruction to the patient and/or caregiver. f. Any additional allowable procedures under WAC regulations and guidelines. Assists in identification of special patient needs, such as adjunctive antibiotics, rinses, or hygiene aids in conjunction with dentist. Educates patients in all aspects of oral hygiene, and consequences and treatment options for periodontal disease. Provide education and limited off site care as scheduled and within the scope of the clinic and the scope of WAC guidelines. Maintains dental hygiene treatment rooms in clean and orderly condition, stocked with appropriate treatment instruments and materials in conjunction with dental assistants. Record treatment in daily record, chart periodontal probing, and update hygiene tracking sheets as necessary in dental records. Delivers appropriate local and inhalation anesthesia for patient comfort under supervision of dentist. With the assistance of the Underwriting Group, prepares well developed credit memorandum that conforms to the Bank's required underwriting format and guidelines, seeking assistance from Team Leader, Regional President or Market President, as needed, to ensure that all complex issues have been adequately addressed. Working with the Manager, participates in formal credit approval process by presenting loans for approval to the required level of authority and/or appropriate Loan Committee. Communicates credit approvals to clients, delivers loan documents for signature, and ensures that loan request is processed and booked. Ensures that declinations are communicated to prospects and customers, in written or verbal form, as required by Bank procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities: Software Engineering: Engage in peer programming related to security and privacy components. Conduct security architecture reviews to validate that the proposed system design effectively meets all requirements. Provide technical guidance and recommendations on security requirements to product teams, serving as a subject matter expert for product security. Act as a glue between infrastructure and development teams, flexing security troubleshooting skillset and ability to connect the dots and cross-functional problems. Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (engineering, product, legal, etc.) and external partners (vendors, clients, etc.). Act as a primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and issues for a particular subset of Reddit products. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between security teams and partner organizations. Security Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct threat modeling assessments of partner integrations, collaborations, and planned features. Identify and evaluate potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies. Make recommendations and ship those recommendations with partner development teams to mitigate identified risks. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations. Security Awareness & Training: Promote security awareness and best practices among partners and internal teams. Develop and deliver security training materials and presentations. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and technologies. Evangelize paved paths developed by Reddit security teams for adoption within product teams they cover. Incident Response: Participate in security incident response activities, providing technical expertise and support related to product security incident response. Conduct post-incident reviews and develop recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: Deep experience with Golang programming languages, and familiarity with DevOps technologies and capabilities to deploy code to production environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in security partnerships, information security, or a related role. Strong understanding of security principles, best practices, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX). Experience with threat modeling, security risk assessment and mitigation techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, GCP), infrastructure components (Redis, Postgres, Cassandra), and distributed systems design. Experience with vendor security assessments. Experience with security compliance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with security automation, tooling, and LLM/AI usage. Software engineering experience in a production environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage and care for Customer's equipment within the Sterile Processing Department (SPD).
  • Perform the cleaning, maintenance, and assembly of surgical instrumentation and equipment.
  • Use exceptional attention to detail in order to ensure surgeon's equipment is clean, sterile, functioning properly, and ready for the next case.
  • Perform job functions while adhering to all industry and facility-specific standards and safety protocols.
  • Understand the unique challenges faced by caregivers to ensure that hospital staff can focus on patient care.
  • The ability to provide on-call service, as required, by the medical facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
  • SPD experience preferred. IAHCSMM certification ideal.
  • Experience and demonstrated success working on a team highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred.
  • Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects.
  • Ability to remain standing and/or walking for an extended period of time.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment and critical thinking effectively.
  • Maintain professional appearance, productivity, and behaviors required by Stryker and the medical facility.
  • Adhere to (HIPPA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
  • Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).
