Supply Management Specialist I

Are you looking to launch or grow your career in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Supply Management? We are seeking a Supply Management Specialist I to join a leading manufacturing organization supporting supplier management and purchased parts delivery operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Supply Chain Management or a business-related field, as well as candidates with experience in purchasing, inventory, logistics, or supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchased parts delivery from internal and external suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and support supply chain operations.
• Analyze inventory, supplier, and purchasing data using Excel and company systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery and inventory issues.
• Support sourcing, procurement, and supply management activities.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate records within supply chain systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field

? Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

? Excellent communication and organizational skills

? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience
• Inventory or material planning experience
• Supplier management experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
