Lead initiatives focused on value engineering and continuous improvement. Resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to specifications. Analyze supplier processes and data to enhance quality and reduce costs. Participate in design reviews, audits, and risk mitigation activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Fiber Optic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in engineering or supply chain roles. Proficiency in technical sourcing, lean manufacturing, and project leadership. Ability to interpret technical drawings and resolve design conflicts. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
