If you're passionate about making healthcare safer, driving meaningful change, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, we'd love to have you join us.

As a Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Specialist, you'll partner with physicians, nurses, leaders, and frontline team members to create a culture where patients and employees thrive. You'll use data, evidence-based practices, and your clinical expertise to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and lead initiatives that improve the care we provide every day.

  • Prepare reports and presentations that help leaders and physicians make informed decisions.
  • Support ongoing data tracking and performance monitoring to drive measurable improvements.

Support Clinical Excellence

  • Collaborate in the development and revision of clinical policies, competencies, and best practices.
  • Partner with the Epic team and clinical departments to promote documentation excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a clinical resource for quality and patient safety initiatives across the organization.

Strengthen Risk Management

  • Assist with investigations and risk assessments through chart reviews, witness interviews, documentation review, and action planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify trends and implement strategies that reduce organizational risk.

Ensure Regulatory Readiness

  • Help maintain compliance with standards established by CMS, The Joint Commission, the Louisiana Department of Health, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Stay current on evolving regulations and educate departments on new requirements.
  • Partner with hospital teams to ensure continuous survey readiness and support successful accreditation outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of two years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Healthcare
  • Patient Safety
  • Quality Improvement
  • Clinical Care
  • Medical Records
