Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Becomes familiar with persons’ served program file. Performs activities outlined on the program plan to achieve the goals and expectations identified by the parents/program coordinator. Transports persons served safely. Prepares snacks and meals. Incorporates assistance of persons served as often as possible in order to teach life skills related to cooking. Allows persons served to prepare, serve, and clean up snacks as part of daily routine. Collaborate and coordinate with school day teachers, counselors, and after school staff to identify students who need specialized support for program participation. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred but must have completed a minimum of 48 college units or passed an Instructional Aide Exam. 2 years of proven experience in youth development, early childhood education, or work with special needs children. Possess empathy, understanding of children’s developmental stages, and knowledge in utilizing positive behavior management strategies. Experience in classroom management, conflict mediation, and restorative practices is a plus. Experience working with diverse youth and families is a plus. Must possess good organization, patience, communication (both oral and written) and teamwork skills. Capacity to multitask, work independently, and make sound decisions are a must. Customer Support Entry Roles and Responsibilities: 
·       Answer calls in a dynamic IT operations environment, supporting multiple agencies. 
·       Provide desktop support for technical issues in a Call Center environment as well as off-site locations throughout the District of Columbia. 
·       Log and route service requests and incidents in an incident management system. 
·       Create and maintain knowledge articles in the agency's knowledge management system on a daily basis. 
·       Provide a high level of customer service to end users on a daily basis. 
·       Provide technical expertise related to Microsoft Products, such as Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, as well as other related Microsoft applications. 
·       Troubleshoot issues related to agency specific applications and web applications. 
·       Provide technical support for mobile devices, such as iPads, iPhones, Android devices and tablets. 
·       Collaborate with the IT leadership team to select and implement cost-effective technology for District. 
·       Maintain service level agreements related to both Call Center and Desk Side support Service/Incident requests.
