As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Elevation Autism Center, you will work 1-on-1 with children ages 1–6 who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will be the one helping them build life-changing skills like communication, independence, social interaction, and play.

What You Will Do:

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA

Requirements

• RBT certification is preferred, but not required. We will support you in earning your certification!
• Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety. Ability to continuously observe and monitor a child to ensure their safety, respond immediately to their needs, and visually track and record their behavior and responses in real time for accurate data collection.
