  • Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare compliance and 7 years in pharma/biotech
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, FDA regulations, and industry codes
  • Certified in Healthcare Compliance or willingness to obtain within 1 year
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
