Preferable 3 to 5 years of experience driving a commercial vehicle Working knowledge of vehicle parts, and how to handle minor repairs to ensure equipment is in proper operating conditions Required to have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License Successful completion of forklift driver licensing process $26 an Hour plus bonus and OT pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. Shelter maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in geographic location, education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee actuarial aspects of the Companies' property/casualty ratemaking processes as assigned. Provide guidance and expertise throughout the Companies on actuarial matters. Research and implement new ratemaking, reserving, and other actuarial practices and procedures in support of the Companies' goals. Potential for direct supervisory responsibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of generally accepted actuarial practices, as demonstrated by attainment of the designation of Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and membership in the American Academy of Actuaries, actively pursuing related continuing education.
  • Typically requires three years of experience as a Shelter actuarial analyst, with good performance, or equivalent experience outside of Shelter.
  • Experience in programming and the use of data analysis tools; SAS experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a harmonious manner with others.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to explain technical information to a nontechnical audience.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
