As the Healthcare Technical Consulting Manager, you will:

  • Partner with clients, clinicians and IT Leaders to develop and execute on multi-year IT strategies and digital transformation, aligning technology initiatives with clinical operational and financial objectives

  • Guide the evaluation, selection and implementation of healthcare IT solutions including EHRs, digital financial transformation, process automation and data analytics platforms

  • Conduct operational and technical assessments including application inventories, rationalizations and legacy system modernization to optimize workflows, enhance system performance ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, Joint Commission)

  • Support business development opportunities by identifying technology solutions that improve clinical, operational and financial performance

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new technologies and support organizational change management

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued

  • 8+ years of digital consulting experience with healthcare systems, ideally with large healthcare organizations or similar environments

  • Success in delivering healthcare digital transformation and IT advisory service solutions including managing scope, budgets, timelines and client relationships

  • Knowledge of finance and accounting systems (e.g., FP&A, revenue reconciliation, close automation), as well as ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Infor) is beneficial but not required

  • Strong critical thinking skills for data analysis, with the ability to make actionable recommendations

  • A willingness to travel as needed

  • Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred:

  • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
