Job Description
- Payroll reporting
- Revenue management and budgeting
- Hiring and training of new instructors
- Vendor management
- Creative Program development and outreach
- Oversee marketing initiatives.
- Liaison between Kinema and our client
- Oversee managers and their site responsibilities
- Involvement with recruiting and interviewing for region including managers, group fitness staff, personal trainers, and contractors.
- Being a mentor to our managers and their team
- Analyze and ensure site metrics along with surveys and feedback.
- Analyze surveys and programs.
- Involved with client meetings facing meetings.
- Work with the site manager to identify areas of new opportunity to explore.
- Assist and support sites with budgeting and finance reporting.
- Assist with escalated incidents that require immediate attention.
- Provide guidance on brand/marketing.
- Assess the overall performance of the club and find additional ways to create value.
- Provide coverage as needed for other managers.
- Assist with Design and Development of new business.
- Involved with training of all new site managers.
- Involved with transitioned teams for new sites.
- 3 plus years of experience in corporate fitness.
- Management experience
- CPR/AED certs
- Efficient in Excel and google drive.
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable and budgeting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to travel via car or plane to locations as needed.
