The is a unique role as the perfect candidate will be able to travel for new site development, pitches, and training staff. They will also help with facilities for day to day operations, marketing, budgeting, developing programs & events, and onsite coverage when applicable. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing high end corporate fitness centers, has strong leadership skills, exceptional organization and communication skills, is energetic and passionate about health and wellness and is looking to grow with us. Must have a strong background in fitness and customer service. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats, and represent Kinema at the highest levels. Must be based in Chicago/Chicagoland as this is our main hub for this position but will need be able to travel to locations such as LA, San Diego, Miami, Nashville, Boston, Austin, New York, Michigan, D.C, etc. Locally we have sites in Schaumburg, Oakbrook, Hoffman, Lake Forest and in the city, so there will be travel to facilities. Responsibilities: This is not an exhaustive list. This role is ever evolving as the company grows. Payroll reporting Revenue management and budgeting Hiring and training of new instructors Vendor management Creative Program development and outreach Oversee marketing initiatives. Liaison between Kinema and our client Oversee managers and their site responsibilities Involvement with recruiting and interviewing for region including managers, group fitness staff, personal trainers, and contractors. Being a mentor to our managers and their team Analyze and ensure site metrics along with surveys and feedback. Analyze surveys and programs. Involved with client meetings facing meetings. Work with the site manager to identify areas of new opportunity to explore. Assist and support sites with budgeting and finance reporting. Assist with escalated incidents that require immediate attention. Provide guidance on brand/marketing. Assess the overall performance of the club and find additional ways to create value. Provide coverage as needed for other managers. Assist with Design and Development of new business. Involved with training of all new site managers. Involved with transitioned teams for new sites. Qualifications and Skills 3 plus years of experience in corporate fitness. Management experience CPR/AED certs Efficient in Excel and google drive. Solid understanding of accounts receivable and budgeting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction Strong administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to travel via car or plane to locations as needed. Qualifications and Skills
  • 3 plus years of experience in corporate fitness.
  • Management experience
  • CPR/AED certs
  • Efficient in Excel and google drive.
  • Solid understanding of accounts receivable and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
