Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare a range of business development materials, including proposals, credentials, pitches, and presentations.
• Maintain and update marketing systems, such as lawyer CVs, deal lists, and client database.
• Conduct in-depth market research to inform client strategy and identify industry trends.
• Coordinate and facilitate practice group meetings and ensure key updates are effectively communicated.
• Assist with the submission process for industry awards, rankings, and directories.
• Plan and execute client events and seminars, from initial concept to successful completion.
• Manage all deliverables related to sponsorships and conference participation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to advance key projects and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to and manage ad hoc projects that support the practice's strategic goals.

Profile

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a legal firm.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn financial markets.
• Bachelor's degree required.
