Job Title: Legal Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the legal field and possess strong organizational and communication skills. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide valuable support to our legal team and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing legal documents and correspondence
Organize and maintain legal files
Conduct legal research
Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments
Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
