- Lead with Kindness + Respect
- Staffing Agency Experience: Currently or most recently employed at a staffing agency with 2+ years of experience
- Full-Desk Recruiting Expertise: Proven ability to manage both client development and candidate recruitment
- Performance & Revenue Accountability: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding placement • Relationship Nurturing: maintain your strong relationships both internally and externally
- Industry Specialization: Experience recruiting in Legal or similar skill sets
- ATS Proficiency: Skilled in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree
